Midwives
Kathy Wingland, CNM
“I feel fortunate that what I do for work is something that I love doing and something that I find both important and rewarding. As a registered nurse and certified nurse-midwife, I work closely with women to give them excellent care that respects their needs and empowers them to make their own healthcare decisions with confidence. I give them the time and personal attention they deserve, and I strive to be a calm center for them. Ultimately, my goal is to ensure they get safe, compassionate care that’s focused on their individual needs. This is what I would want, so it’s what I endeavor to provide every day.”
In her spare time, Kathy enjoys cooking and gardening.

Roseann Tibbs, CNM
“After working as a labor and delivery nurse for over 25 years, I made the decision to become a certified nurse-midwife. This allows me to spend time with patients and provide them with the care and support they need throughout their pregnancies, which is very rewarding to me. I pride myself on providing patients with the utmost friendliness, understanding, flexibility and honesty, all of which can help make their birth experience a special and memorable one.”
In her spare time, Roseann enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, riding her bike and enjoying the ocean.
