You can choose Dr. Diesfeld, Dr. Pattamakom or one of our two midwives, Kathy Wingland or Roseann Tibbs, to care for you.
- We offer in-office 4D ultrasound with the care of highly trained ultrasound technologists. 4D ultrasound gives the most amazing images of your growing baby and helps us closely monitor your pregnancy.
- Our team delivers at Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura, California. We feel it’s the best hospital in the county, where doctors and patients are supported by the latest technology and the highest level of care available for mothers and babies. Plus, all midwife deliveries are supported by our medical doctors.
- Because we are a smaller, private practice, we are able to take care of our obstetric patients ourselves nearly 100% of the time. So when it’s time to deliver, you will know and be known by the person caring for you.

Our team is experienced in caring for mothers-to-be who are at risk for complications because of advanced age, diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disease and other health concerns. We also provide prenatal care and delivery for women who are expecting twins. In fact, Dr. Pattamakom delivered Drs. Pat and Estela Diesfeld’s twins!
